The contract is part of ROTEC company&#8217;s big project aimed at substantially increasing the wastewater, as well as improving the quality of wastewater treatted. This project is part of the federal target program &#8220;Protection of Lake Baikal and socio-economic development of the Baikal natural area for 2012-2020&#8221;.
